ESTUDIO SEGUI: 50 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
In 2025 we celebrate our 50th anniversary of professional activity as a multidisciplinary collective dedicated to the drafting and joint development of the scales of Architecture and Urban Planning, as two inseparable sides of the same coin that acquires its value in the conjunction of its aesthetic and practical values that define the art of building the city.
As a complementary activity of the Studio, we have maintained a publishing house for the analysis and dissemination of the disciplinary activity dedicated mainly to the development of cities, with the publication of the magazine ‘Geometría’, the organisation of the annual courses of the ‘International Landscape Workshops’ in collaboration with various Schools of Architecture and Colleges of Architects, and numerous other publications that seek to incorporate into the professional debate and disciplinary research significant materials in the experience of intervening in our cities.
Numerous professionals have passed through the Studio and have made this professional reality of ESTUDIO SEGUI possible through their collaborations in the many and diversified works carried out. Some of them set up their own studios and others have consolidated the current ESTUDIO SEGUI in our offices in Malaga and Madrid, all of them leaving their professional mark in the line of work that has characterised the professional production of the Studio, mainly in the joint and inseparable treatment of the different scales of Architecture, Planning and Design, intertwining their production processes through the tools of drawing as an analytical means for the search of their creative expression.
