GEOMETRÍA Editorial was created in 1985 from an independent professional platform directed by the architect José Seguí as a cultural and complementary initiative of ESTUDIO SEGUÍ, which through its activities and publications seeks to recover the professional dialogue between the professional practices of Architecture and Planning, understanding both scales as two inseparable sides of the same coin. From these concepts, GEOMETRÍA Editorial seeks to incorporate significant materials from the current architectural and urban culture of our cities into the professional debate and disciplinary research, both through its editions “Geometria Magazine” and “Monographs” and its “International Landscape Workshop” in collaboration with various Schools of Architecture and Colleges of Architects. He won the National Publishing Prize for his book “Alhambra y Alijares”, awarded by the Ministry of Culture in 1986.
