In the Urbanization “La Cizaña”, in Torremolinos, adjacent to the Urbanization “Los Álamos”, a Residential Complex of 123 dwellings promoted by METROVACESA is planned. The built volumes are arranged in such a way as to provide the best views of the coastline and create a central garden area where the swimming pools, children’s playgrounds and sports courts are located, complementing the overall offer of the proposal. The dwellings are developed on a large terrace that, in the manner of a “gallery”, structures their living rooms, kitchens and main bedrooms and provides the “order” of their facades that culminate in the “attic” floors as the “finishing touch” of their volumetric presence in the proposal as a whole.
