The City Council of Baena (Córdoba) convened the Competition for the revision of its General Management Plan, with the main objective of ordering future growth and creating new productive soils that would diversify its agricultural economy.

This step from “agrovilla” to “modernity”, sought by the city to adapt to new needs and technologies, was the basis on which the new General Plan of Baena was developed. The proposal of the “El Coscujo” Business Park, the Residential Extensions of its perimetral borders, the new Shopping and Industrial Centers, school facilities, including the location of its new Institute, Sports Equipments, urban and territorial scale Parks …, Make up the whole of the proposal where it also integrates a special treatment for its important Historical Center.
