The residential proposal seeks to develop a residential complex initially intended for rental housing. In this sense, the main objective was the flexibility of the residential types to be able to adapt to different commercial demands allowing maximum typological diversity, and the durability of materials and installation systems to obtain economical maintenance and adequate energy savings. The homes are designed with a gallery-terrace that allows it to be incorporated as a large outdoor living transition space. The roofs are incorporated as terrace-viewpoints connected with external staircases from the terraces in the top-floor dwellings, with the tops of the building façades being covered with perforated metal mesh staircases. The residential complex is complemented by a series of communal gardens incorporating swimming pools for adults and children with their corresponding children’s playgrounds.
