It is projected on a lot in C / Cerrojo 17 of Malaga, the new headquarters of the Mercantile Register of Malaga in order to centralize all its administrative activity in a single building. Its facade forms the corner chamfer with an order of corrugated holes for its easy adaptation to the interior distributions and walls of solid brick placed to “bone”. This distribution of interior spaces are organized through a zoned “patio-hall” that communicates with its main access as a “hallway”, to facilitate access to all the different registers that are distributed around this central element To which they give all their dependencies. In the central space is located the ladder and communication nucleus supported on a wall covered in stone of “travertine” with holes like “embrasures” that communicate visually with said central space.
