Its general floor is developed functionally around a central space where the sports and recreation areas are located as a label of all the edification.

The project is located on a municipal plot of the Baena expansion, for the construction of the Luis Carillo Teaching Institute of Sotomayor, in Baena (Córdoba). Its interior organization is structured by zenith illuminated galleries that provide light and natural ventilation to the totality of the rooms and classrooms by means of stairs located strategically in that organization of “gallery-corrala”, that organizes all its interior functionality obtaining a controlled illumination and ventilation in the interior of these galleries. The use of materials of prefabricated elements in facade and interior elements of separation of high resistance for the proper maintenance and use of the building is of note.
