RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX CALLE ESLAVA
Location: Málaga
Author: José Seguí Pérez. Architect ESTUDIO SEGUÍ
Project date: 2006
Located in the new urban areas that have been generated around the new “María Zambrano” high-speed train station, this building has a mixed residential and tertiary use. This mixture of tertiary and residential uses is reflected in its façade designs, with the first three floors being glazed to adapt to the modulation of the offices and the rest of the residential with a ventilated façade of “fossil” stone, finishing off the top floor with an area of penthouses with pergolas and concrete sunshades as a volumetric delimitation of the complex.
The proposal occupies half of an enclosed block with its interior landscaped courtyard that acts as a “hallway”, connected to the accesses from the street to distribute the circulations to each of the entrances of the tertiary and residential complex independently.
