It is a longitudinal plot adjoining a steep slope, a residential complex is planned for a cooperative of owners who wish to build their own semi-detached houses including individual “orchard-garden” areas for each one of them. Taking advantage of the differences in level between the lower part of the site, where the private access road to the housing complex is planned, and the higher areas of the hillside to locate the rear areas of the garden orchard, a three-storey typological proposal is proposed to adapt to the existing hillside. The ground floor or access floor is structured by means of a gallery or pedestrian gate open to the street, which becomes the transition space between the road and the entrances to each terraced house. On the first floor is the living room and kitchen with a balcony overlooking the street and direct access to the “orchard-garden” located at this level. The bedrooms are located on the second floor, to finish off in an upper space under the roof that is spatially intercommunicated with all the rooms in the house. The roofs, made of metal panels with insulation included, are designed with a gabled roof, with the ends facing the side and rear facades in order to identify each housing unit on the main elevations that are aligned with the access road.
