The design of a Public Park in the resulting interstitial soils is proposed as a transition from the edges of the old Tetuan neighbourhood to the new adjacent residential extension zones.
The slopes are formed between the urban fabric of the Barrio de Tetuán, delimited by its perimeter edge street that delimits the “plateau” on which it sits, and the lower edges where the new adjoining neighbourhoods are consolidated, become main features Topography and landscape for the conception of the proposal. Its diversification of uses, attending to the different demands of the neighbourhoods, and the connections with the surrounding urban plots will be the main objectives of the project.
