SAN ANDRÉS MARINA COMPETITION
The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Málaga resolved in January 2022 the tender for the concession of the Port of San Andrés to the company “Marina Málaga San S.L”, whose technical drafting of the proposal was carried out by Estudio Segui in collaboration with the engineering companies Igy Marinas and Ocean Capital Partners. This is an intervention that will develop the port land located at the mouth of the Guadalmedina River and adjacent to the most urban area of the city, with its Historic Centre, Cruise Ships and “María Zambrano” Railway Stations, and as the head of the new residential extension of the Paseo Marítimo de Poniente that connects it with Málaga International Airport and the Costa del Sol conurbation.
