PRESENTATION
– ESTUDIO SEGUÍ is a multidisciplinary group founded in 1975, dedicated to the drafting and development of Architecture and Urban Planning Projects.
– We form a large team of Architecture and Engineering in permanent technological innovation, which in collaboration with various Professional Alliances allows us to take on projects of any scale and use.
– We develop the professional production from our studios in Malaga and Madrid, with more than fifty years of experience in the technical drafting of projects and their economic controls to make them a reality.

– Our studios in Malaga and Madrid are similar to ‘factories’ with interconnected spaces full of designs, computers and working models…, where we work together as a team in professional production.
SCALES
– The handling of the different scales of Architecture, Planning and Design has become one of the main characteristics of ESTUDIO SEGUÍ in terms of the diversification of its production processes. This joint work on these scales has allowed us to develop a method that seeks to integrate the professional dialogue between the scales of Architecture and Planning as two inseparable sides of the same coin.
PRODUCTION
– In this process of joint production of the project and its management, the drawing becomes a practical tool for the analysis of the problems and the concretion of the solutions, developing them with customised BIM (Building Information Modelling) systems in order to guarantee the objective of making them a reality in both their technical and economic conditions.
