THE ‘GENERAL PLAN OF LA LÍNEA’ OBTAINS THE FINAL APPROVAL. The Directorate General for Urban Planning of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of the Junta de Andalucía has granted the ‘General Plan of la Línea de la Concepción’ the Final Approval according to its resolution on the 1st of July 2024. The General Plan document was commissioned by the City Council through a public tender to our ESTUDIO SEGUI, which we drafted and brought to a successful conclusion with the collaboration of an excellent technical team and the close coordination of the municipal technical services. Another General Urban Development Plan that from the platform of our studio we have managed to bring the final administrative approval to a successful conclusion, as was also the case with the General Plans still in force in the cities of Antequera, Ronda, Baena, Granada, Cordoba… and the Special Plans of the Alhambra, Puerto Real…, where we have left the traces of our professional performance. All this has allowed us to consolidate this multidisciplinary team of ESTUDIO SEGUI, which together with new professional alliances we want to strengthen our own capacity to continue facing these difficult challenges of the technical drafting of the General Plans of the Cities.
