The green light from urban planning to give shape to what will be the first luxury hotel in the capital of Malaga. The Gran Hotel Miramar already has the building permit, a process that finally arrives with some delay and after a more complicated process than expected. The owner, Santos Hotels, will be in charge of the project, designed by Estudio Seguí, directed by José Seguí. Having this approval means being able to establish with greater certainty that the hotel chain will open before the end of 2016 the first five-star luxury hotel in Malaga, in which it will invest about 65 million.
